The Sargent 12-NB-8710-G-84 Fire Rated (12) Less Bottom Rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device is Exit Only (no outside operation). It is for an 84" Door Height, single-point top latching, For 43"-48" Door widths, rail (G 48" can be cut down to 43") and comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
