Functional Details

The ETL (electric latch retraction) function uses an internal motor to retract the latchbolt electrically, enabling remote release, push/pull operation, and integration with automatic door operators. In the fail safe mode, loss of power retracts the latch so the door can be freely opened, which is ideal for openings that must unlock during an emergency or power interruption.
