The Sargent 60-775-8-ETME-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for 80 Series exit devices requiring secure, controlled access. Operating on 12 volts in a fail safe configuration, this trim releases the lever for free entry during a power loss, making it well suited for applications where egress and access must remain available if the system goes down. It features the ET control with the ME lever design and accepts a large format interchangeable core (LFIC), supplied less core so you can match your existing keying system. A key retracts latch function provides manual override when needed.

Functional Details

In the fail safe configuration, the trim is unlocked when power is removed, allowing the lever to retract the latch and permit entry. When powered, the lever is secured and access is controlled by the electrified circuit, while a key can retract the latch for mechanical override at any time.

Included Components

The trim ships as an electrified ET control unit with the ME lever, prepared for a large format interchangeable core. The core is not included, allowing integration with your existing LFIC keying.
