The Sargent 60-775-8-ETMJ-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices. Built with the ET control housing and the MJ lever design, this trim provides reliable access control in a fail safe configuration. Operating on 12 volts, it keeps the outside lever locked until voltage is applied, making it ideal for secure entries that require remote release during power loss. The unit features a large format interchangeable core (LFIC) prep and ships less core, allowing integration with your existing keying system. A key always retracts the latch for mechanical override and dependable egress.

Functional Details

In the fail safe mode, the outside trim lever is locked when energized and becomes unlocked when power is removed, allowing free entry during a power failure. Applying 12V DC locks the lever, while interrupting the voltage releases it for access.
