The Sargent 60-775-8-ETMJ-24V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered to deliver secure, controlled access for 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 24V in a fail safe configuration, this trim remains unlocked during a power loss, making it well suited for applications where free egress and emergency access are priorities. It features the ET control with the MJ lever design and accepts a large format interchangeable core (LFIC), supplied less core so you can match existing keying. A key retracts latch function offers mechanical override, giving facility managers reliable control over electrified entry points.

Functional Details

In a fail safe configuration, the trim is unlocked when power is removed, allowing entry during a power outage. When energized at 24V, the trim locks, requiring valid credentials or a key to retract the latch and gain access.
