The Sargent 60-775-8-ETMV-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 12V DC in a fail-safe configuration, this trim allows electronic access control while a key can retract the latch for mechanical override. It features the ET control design paired with the MV lever and accepts a Sargent large format interchangeable core (LFIC), shipped less core to let you supply your preferred keyed cylinder. Functional Details

In a fail-safe setup, the trim unlocks when power is removed, allowing free access during a power loss. When energized at 12V DC, the outside lever is controlled electronically, and a key can always be used to retract the latch for mechanical entry.

Included Components
