The Sargent 60-775-8-ETND-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for secure access control on 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 12V DC in a fail safe configuration, this trim allows the lever to become operable during a power loss, making it ideal for applications where egress and controlled entry must remain available. It features the ND lever design paired with ET control, and accepts a large format interchangeable core (LFIC) shipped less core, so you can install your preferred keying system. Keyed operation retracts the latch for traditional override access, giving facilities a reliable balance of electronic and mechanical control.

Functional Details

In fail safe mode, the trim unlocks when power is removed, allowing free entry during a power interruption while still permitting egress at all times through the exit device. Applying 12V power secures the outside lever, and a key can always retract the latch for authorized mechanical access.
