The Sargent 60-775-8-ETNJ-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered to deliver secure, controlled access for 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 12V DC in a fail safe configuration, this trim keeps the opening accessible during a power loss, making it well suited for applications where free egress and entry must be maintained under emergency conditions. It features the ET control with the NJ lever design and accepts a large format interchangeable core (LFIC), shipped less core so you can match your existing keying system. A key retracts the latch for straightforward mechanical override when needed.

Functional Details

In a fail safe configuration, the trim remains unlocked when power is interrupted, allowing entry from the exterior during an outage. When energized, the trim is locked and requires a valid credential or key to retract the latch and gain access. The key retract function provides a mechanical means of withdrawing the latch regardless of electrical status.

Included Components

This trim is supplied with the NJ lever and ET control assembly and accepts a large format interchangeable core. The core is not included, allowing the installer to field-install a core keyed to the facility's system.
