The Sargent 60-776-8-ETB-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for 80 Series rim and mortise exit devices. Operating on 12 volts in a fail secure configuration, this trim keeps the outside lever locked until power is applied, giving facilities reliable access control at secured openings. It features the ETB trim design with the B lever and accepts a Sargent large format interchangeable core (sold separately) for keyed override. When power is lost, the opening remains secured, and a key retracts the latch for authorized mechanical entry. Functional Details

In fail secure mode, the trim requires power to unlock the outside lever. When power is interrupted, the lever remains locked, maintaining security at the opening while a key can be used to retract the latch for entry.

Included Components
