The Sargent 60-776-8-ETMD-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for 80 Series exit devices where controlled access and durability are priorities. Functional Details

As a fail secure electrified trim, the outside lever stays locked until 12V power is applied, at which point the lever becomes operable to retract the latch and allow entry. Removing power returns the trim to its locked state. The key override permits mechanical retraction of the latch at any time.
