The Sargent 60-776-8-ETME-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim built for secure access control on 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 12 volts with a fail secure design, the outside lever stays locked during a power loss, keeping openings protected until authorized entry is granted. It pairs the ET escutcheon control with the ME lever design and is prepped for a large format interchangeable core (LFIC), shipped less core so you can match your existing keying system. A key also retracts the latch, giving mechanical override when needed. This durable trim delivers dependable performance for high-traffic commercial, institutional, and access-controlled entrances.

Functional Details

As a fail secure device, the outside lever remains locked when de-energized and unlocks only when 12V power is applied, making it well suited for access-controlled openings where security is maintained during power outages.
