The Sargent 60-776-8-ETME-24V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for secure access control on Sargent 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 24V in a fail secure configuration, this trim keeps the outside lever locked during a power loss, making it ideal for perimeter doors and high-security applications where controlled entry is a priority. It features the ET control with the ME lever design and a large format interchangeable core (LFIC) housing shipped less core, allowing you to install your preferred keying system. When energized, authorized users can retract the latch and gain entry through the lever.

Functional Details

In a fail secure setup, the trim remains locked when power is removed. Applying 24V power energizes the solenoid, allowing the lever to retract the latch and permit entry. This arrangement maintains security during power failures while enabling electronic access control when the system is active.

Included Components
