The Sargent 70-775-8-ETJ-24V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for secure, controlled access on 80 Series exit devices. Functional Details

In the fail-safe configuration, the trim is unlocked when power is removed and locked when power is applied, allowing free access during a power interruption. The key cylinder provides mechanical retraction of the latch for override at the trim.

Arm Type Details
