The Sargent 70-775-8-ETMD-24V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices. Operating on 24V DC, this fail safe trim unlocks when power is removed, making it ideal for access-controlled openings where free egress and emergency unlocking are required. It features the ET escutcheon design with the MD lever, along with a small format interchangeable core (SFIC) prep shipped less core so you can install your own cylinder. The key-retracts-latch function allows mechanical override to retract the latch, giving authorized users reliable access alongside electronic control.
