The Sargent 70-775-8-ETMJ-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered to deliver secure, controlled access for 80 Series exit devices. Configured as a 12V fail safe unit, this trim keeps the lever active during normal operation and releases access automatically when power is interrupted, making it well suited for facilities that must maintain egress and entry during an outage. It features the ET control with the MJ lever design and accepts a small format interchangeable core (SFIC), shipped less core so you can match your existing keying system. A key retracts the latch for straightforward override when needed.

Functional Details
