The Sargent 70-776-8-ETND-24V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim built to pair with Sargent 80 Series exit devices for secure, access-controlled openings. It features the ND lever design and ET control, with a key that retracts the latch for mechanical override. Prepped for a small format interchangeable core (SFIC) and shipped less core, it offers flexible keying integration while maintaining the durability Sargent hardware is known for.

Functional Details

In fail secure mode, the outside lever remains locked during a power loss, requiring valid credential or key activation to gain entry. When 24V power is supplied, the lever is released, allowing the latch to be retracted and the door opened. A key always provides mechanical override by retracting the latch.
