The Sargent 70-V60-10XG44-VSLL Service Station Cylindrical Indicator Lock is a Grade 1 commercial lockset designed for restroom and service area applications, featuring a deadlocking latch with pushbutton locking from the inside and key override from the outside for secure and reliable operation. This model includes an exterior visual occupancy indicator only with white/red icon status, paired with standard interior trim, and is configured with an L lever and VSLL rose for a clean, durable appearance. Built to ANSI/BHMA A156.2 F82A standards, it fits 1-3/4" to 2" thick doors, includes a 2-3/4" backset and 4-7/8" strike, accepts an SFIC core (less core), and is UL listed with a 3-hour fire rating, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial and institutional environments requiring clear exterior occupancy indication and long-term durability.
