Functional Details

In the classroom (ET) configuration, the outside lever is controlled by a key. Turning the key retracts the latch for entry, while free egress is always available from the inside by depressing the push bar. Hex key dogging allows the latch to be held retracted for continuous push-pull operation when security is not required.

  • Classroom function: Key outside retracts latch. Latchbolt operated by lever unless outside lever is locked by key. Push bar always allows free egress.
