Functional Details

The storeroom function (12) keeps the exit device latched and the outside trim locked at all times. Entry from the outside requires a key, while the inside push rail always allows immediate free egress. The 56 electrification adds electric latch retraction, enabling the device to be unlocked or dogged electrically through an access control system.

Arm Type Details

This unit uses a surface-mounted vertical rod configuration, with top and bottom latch points connected by exposed vertical rods along the door face.
