Functional Details

The 8804 night latch function uses the outside ETB lever trim only to retract the latch by key. When electric latch retraction is energized, the latch is held retracted for free passage; when de-energized, normal fire-rated latching resumes. Egress is always free from the inside via the push rail.

Arm Type Details
