The Sargent LC-12-56-8804-G-ETB is a heavy-duty electrified rim exit device built for demanding commercial openings that require both fire-rated protection and remote access control. Designed for doors measuring 43 to 48 inches wide, it features electric latch retraction (ELR) that allows the latch to be pulled back electrically for momentary or sustained free access. Configured with the Night Latch function, the outside ETB lever retracts the latch only when a key is used, keeping the door securely latched at all times. Functional Details

The Night Latch function with electric latch retraction allows the latch bolt to be withdrawn electrically for authorized access, while the outside ETB lever retracts the latch only when operated with a key. This combination supports integration with card readers, keypads, and other access control systems for secure, remotely managed entry.

Arm Type Details
