Functional Details

The 56 electric latch retraction function uses a motor to pull the latch bolt back electrically, allowing remote unlocking and momentary or sustained free access. In the fail secure configuration, removing power returns the device to a locked state, while free egress remains available at all times via the push bar.

Arm Type Details

The ETB trim is a night latch lever design mounted on the exterior. When the latch is retracted electrically or by key, the lever permits entry; otherwise the exterior remains secured while free egress is maintained from the inside.
