The Sargent LC-775-8-ETMI-12V electrified lever trim is designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices and provides controlled outside access in a durable, field-proven trim package. Built for rim and mortise applications, the 775 Series trim is non-handed and supports standard door thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4". It is UL listed, fire rated, and BAA qualified, making it a dependable choice for commercial openings that require electrified access control with exit device compatibility.

Functional Details

This electrified trim is configured as fail safe, meaning the outside lever remains unlocked when power is off. In normal access control use, the trim works with the exit device to manage entry from the exterior side, while the key cylinder provides mechanical latch retraction when authorized keyed access is needed.
