Functional Details

The storeroom function (06) secures the outside trim at all times, requiring a key to retract the latch for entry. The door relocks automatically, and the inside lever or push rail always allows immediate free egress for life safety compliance.

Arm Type Details

As a surface vertical rod device, the top and bottom latches engage strikes mounted at the head and threshold of the frame. Pushing the touchpad simultaneously retracts both rods, releasing the door for exit. This two-point latching configuration provides added security and improved alignment on taller door openings.
