Functional Details
The storeroom function (06) ensures the exterior lever remains locked continuously, requiring a key to retract the latch from the outside, while the inside push rail always allows immediate, free exit.

Arm Type Details
This is a surface vertical rod (SVR) device. The exposed vertical rods run along the door face and engage latches at the top and bottom, securing the door at two points for improved alignment and resistance to forced entry.
