The Sargent LC-8806-F-ETJ is a Grade 1 rim exit device built for storeroom applications where controlled access and reliable security matter. Designed for door widths between 33 and 36 inches, this fire-rated device combines Sargent's proven 80 Series platform with the ETJ lever trim for comfortable, code-compliant egress and entry. The storeroom function keeps the outside trim locked at all times, with a key used to unlock the trim and the trim automatically relocking once the key is removed. Shipped less cylinder, it lets you specify your preferred cylinder keying system, and hex key dogging allows the device to be held in a retracted position for high-traffic hours.

Functional Details
