The Sargent LC-8806-F-ETL is a Grade 1 rim exit device built for high-traffic commercial openings that demand reliable, code-compliant egress. Configured with the 8800 series fire-rated chassis and ETL storeroom trim, it provides secure outside lever control while allowing free exit at all times. The storeroom function keeps the outside trim locked until a key is used, and the trim automatically relocks once the key is withdrawn, making it ideal for storage areas, mechanical rooms, and other restricted spaces. Supplied less cylinder to accommodate your preferred keying system, this device is sized for 33" to 36" wide doors and includes hex key dogging.

Functional Details

The storeroom function provides secure, momentary key access from the outside. Turning the key retracts the latch to allow entry, and the outside lever remains locked at all times. When the key is removed, the trim relocks automatically while free egress is always available from the inside.

Arm Type Details
