Functional Details

The 06 storeroom function locks the outside trim continuously. Inserting and turning the key momentarily unlocks the trim for entry; once the key is removed, the trim automatically relocks. The exit device always permits free egress from the secured side.

• Storeroom or Closet Function: Latchbolt retracted by lever from outside except when outside lever is locked by key. When outside lever is locked, latchbolt is retracted by key. Key removable only in the locked position. Latchbolt retracted by actuating touchbar from inside at all times.
• Outside trim is locked by a key cylinder.
• Free egress at all times from inside.
