Functional Details

In classroom function, the outside lever is controlled by a key cylinder. A key unlocks the lever for passage, and the device can be locked or unlocked from the outside, while the inside push rail always permits free, immediate egress for life safety.

Arm Type Details

As a surface vertical rod device, the top latch engages a strike mounted at the door head. The less bottom rod design relies on the top latching point only, which keeps the floor area clear and simplifies installation and servicing without sacrificing secure latching at the top of the door.
