The Sargent 60-704-ETMV is a Grade 1 exit device trim designed to pair with the Sargent 80 Series exit devices. Built around the ET escutcheon control with the MV lever design, this trim provides key-retracts-latch functionality, allowing authorized users to pull the latch and gain entry from the outside. It accepts a large format interchangeable core (LFIC) and ships less core, giving facility managers the flexibility to install their own keying system. Functional Details

The 704 function operates as a key-retracts-latch trim. Turning the key withdraws the latch bolt so the door can be pulled open from the exterior, while free egress is always available from the inside through the exit device.
