The Sargent 60-713-8-ETMG is a Grade 1 exit device trim engineered for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices. This trim features the ET (Escutcheon) control design paired with the MG lever, delivering a clean, durable profile suited to high-traffic commercial openings. It accepts a Sargent Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) and ships less core, giving facilities the flexibility to install their own keying system. In the key-locks/unlocks function, the key controls whether the lever retracts the latch, making it ideal for controlled-access entrances in schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and institutional buildings where reliability and security matter.

Functional Details

In the 60 (key locks/unlocks lever) function, a key is used to lock or unlock the outside lever. When unlocked, the lever retracts the latch to allow entry; when locked, the lever is rigid and entry is denied, while free egress is always maintained from the inside through the exit device.

Arm Type Details
