The Sargent 60-713-8-ETMI is a Grade 1 exit device trim engineered for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices in demanding commercial and institutional settings. This trim features the key-locks/unlocks-lever function, allowing a key to toggle the outside lever between locked and unlocked states for flexible access control. It comes configured with the ET control and MI lever design, along with a Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) housing. Supplied less core, it accepts a compatible LFIC or LFIC cylinder to match existing keying systems. Built to withstand heavy traffic, it delivers reliable, long-term performance where durability and security matter most.

Functional Details

The 60 function lets a key control the outside lever, locking or unlocking it as needed while the interior push bar always allows free egress. Turning the key secures the lever to prevent unauthorized entry, and turning it again releases the lever for passage.
