The Sargent 60-713-8-ETMJ is a Grade 1 exit device trim designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices. This key-controlled trim uses a large format interchangeable core (LFIC) cylinder—shipped less core—so you can install the core of your choice to match an existing master key system. The key locks and unlocks the lever, giving facility managers reliable control over access from the outside while maintaining free egress from the inside. Featuring the ET trim design with the MJ lever style, this trim combines durable construction with a clean, functional appearance suited to schools, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and other high-traffic openings.

Functional Details

This trim provides key-operated locking and unlocking of the lever. Turning the key retracts or secures the latch control, allowing authorized users to enter while the interior remains free for immediate exit at all times.
