The Sargent 70-713-8-ETMI is a Grade 1 exit device trim designed to pair with Sargent 80 Series exit devices, delivering reliable lever control for heavy commercial applications. Built to accept a small format interchangeable core (SFIC), it ships less core so you can key it to your existing system. Functional Details

The 70 function provides key-controlled lever operation. Turning the key locks or unlocks the outside lever, letting staff toggle between a secured and a free-access condition while the exit device always allows egress from the inside.

Arm Type Details

This is an ETMI trim configuration, combining the ET control housing with the MI lever style. The ET trim mounts to the exit device and controls the latch through the device mechanism, while the MI lever offers smooth, return-style operation suited to ADA requirements.

The package includes the ET control trim assembly and MI lever. An SFIC core is not included and must be ordered separately to complete the keying.
