Sargent 70-776-8-ETND-12V Electrified Exit Device Trim, 12V Fail Secure, Key Retracts Latch, ET Control, ND Lever, SFIC Prep, Less Core, For 80 Series Exit Devices, Grade 1
The Sargent 70-776-8-ETND-12V is a Grade 1 electrified exit device trim engineered for access-controlled openings that demand both security and reliability. Operating on 12V DC in a fail secure configuration, this trim keeps the outside lever locked during a power loss, requiring valid credentials or a key to gain entry. It features the ET control housing paired with the ND lever design and is prepped for a small format interchangeable core (SFIC), shipping less core so you can integrate your existing keying system. Designed specifically for Sargent 80 Series exit devices, it delivers dependable performance in high-traffic commercial and institutional settings.

Functional Details
In a fail secure (76) configuration, the outside lever remains locked when power is removed. Applying 12V DC energizes the trim and allows the lever to retract the latch for controlled entry, while a key can always retract the latch mechanically. This makes the trim well suited to openings where security must be maintained during power failures.
Arm Type Details
The ND lever is a return-style lever that meets accessibility requirements, providing a smooth, easy-to-grip operation. Paired with the ET control trim, the lever controls latch retraction when the device is energized or when a key is used.
Included Components
This package includes the electrified ET trim with the ND lever, prepped for a small format interchangeable core. The core is not included and must be ordered separately to match your keying system.
