Functional Details

This electrified trim allows the outside lever to be controlled electrically while the exit device continues to provide safe egress from the inside. The Fail Safe/Fail Sec capability gives added flexibility during installation, allowing the trim function to be matched to the security and life-safety needs of the opening.
