The Sargent 773-8-ETL-12V Electrified Lever Trim is designed for use with 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 Series exit devices, providing controlled outside access while maintaining reliable egress. This trim features the "ET" L lever design, supports fail safe/fail secure operation, and accepts 10.2V-26.4V input for flexible power compatibility. Built as part of the 773/774 electrified trim platform, it is suited for applications that require remote locking and unlocking at the door. This configuration is supplied with no cylinder, making it a practical choice where cylinder dogging or keyed trim is not required.

Functional Details
This electrified trim controls access by electrically unlocking the outside lever while preserving free egress from the inside through the exit device. The fail safe/fail secure field-selectable design gives added flexibility for different life-safety and security requirements, and the wide 10.2V-26.4V operating range supports varied power conditions.
- Available in either fail safe or fail secure, and is easily field reversible.
- Operates on 12 or 24 volt AC/DC and can be used with continuous duty solenoids.
- Current draw: 12V AC .75 amp inrush, .35 amp holding. 24V AC .35 amp inrush, .15 amp holding. 12V DC .35 amp inrush/holding. 24V DC .15 amp inrush/holding.
- Voltage tolerance: 10.2V - 26.4V.
- Trim may be ordered in all available functions and options with any design lever.

This product is an electrified lever trim rather than a door closer arm configuration. Its operating behavior centers on electrical control of the outside lever, with the inside exit device remaining active for immediate egress at all times.
