The Sargent LC-12-8904-G-ETP is a fire-rated mortise exit device built for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings. This configuration features the ETP escutcheon trim with night latch function, allowing key-operated entry while maintaining free egress from the inside at all times. Supplied less cylinder (LC), it accepts your preferred mortise cylinder for keying flexibility. With UL fire-rated construction, it meets the demands of fire-door assemblies where life safety and durability are essential.

Functional Details

The night latch function provides keyed entry from the exterior through the ETP trim, while the interior push bar always allows immediate, unobstructed egress. When the device is latched, authorized users unlock the outside trim with a mortise cylinder to gain entry.

Arm Type Details
