Functional Details

This 12V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail safe mode. With power removed, the outside lever is unlocked. Applying power locks the outside lever. When unlocked, turning the outside lever retracts the mortise latch. Operating the inside push rail permits egress regardless of the electrical state of the trim. A compatible mortise cylinder, ordered separately, provides mechanical key override.

Included Components

The device includes the mortise exit chassis with fail safe electrified ET trim and the J lever. A mortise cylinder is not included and must be ordered separately. No dogging feature is provided due to the fire rating.
