The Sargent LC-775-8-ETL-24V electrified lever trim is designed for use with compatible 80 Series exit devices where controlled exterior access is required. This ET function trim uses a 24V fail safe configuration that unlocks the lever when power is off, while the key cylinder retracts the latch for mechanical entry. Built for commercial openings, it provides a practical access control solution for applications that need remote unlocking without replacing the exit device. This trim is supplied less cylinder and is intended for use with select Sargent 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 series exit devices.

Functional Details

This ET electrified trim is used where the outside lever needs to be controlled electrically. In the fail safe configuration, the outside lever remains unlocked when power is off, making it suitable for openings that must allow entry during a power loss. A key cylinder can also be used to retract the latch mechanically when authorized keyed access is needed.

Arm Type Details

This product is lever trim, not a door closer arm assembly. Its L lever configuration refers to the exterior lever design used with the exit device trim and does not include a closer arm.
