The Sargent LC-775-8-ETMV-12V electrified lever trim is designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices, providing controlled entry with a fail safe function that unlocks the lever when power is removed. This ET trim configuration features the MV lever design and allows key retraction of the latch for dependable mechanical override. Built for commercial openings that require electrified access control at the door, this trim is suited for applications where remote release and life-safety operation are important. It is furnished less cylinder and is intended for compatibility with select Sargent 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 series exit devices.

Functional Details

This fail safe electrified trim is intended for openings where the outside lever should remain locked during normal powered operation and unlock automatically when power is interrupted. In this power-off condition, the lever becomes active for entry, while key operation still provides latch retraction as a manual override where needed.
