The Sargent LC-775-8-ETP-24V electrified lever trim is designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices and provides controlled outside access on rim and mortise applications. This fail safe trim unlocks the lever when power is off, while the key retracts the latch for mechanical override when needed. It is furnished with the ET escutcheon and P lever design, making it a practical choice for commercial openings that require remote access control integration. Built for compatibility with select 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 Series devices, this trim is supplied less cylinder and is intended for 24V operation.

Functional Details

This electrified trim allows the outside lever to be controlled through the building’s access control system. In fail safe mode, the lever remains unlocked when power is interrupted, allowing free operation from the trim side. A keyed cylinder can still mechanically retract the latch, providing an added method of entry when authorized access is required.
