Functional Details

This 24V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode. With power removed, the outside lever is locked. Applying power unlocks the outside lever. When unlocked, turning the outside lever retracts the mortise latch. Operating the inside push rail permits egress regardless of the electrical state of the trim. A compatible mortise cylinder, ordered separately, provides mechanical key override.

This order includes the electrified mortise exit device chassis with ET electrified trim and P lever. A mortise cylinder is not included and must be ordered separately to complete installation.
